It is a bad ccd it need to be replaced some time you can get lucky by resetting the camera in the setup menu.When you take a picture the image is transmitted throught the ccd and translates the image to the camerasmemory. It can be fixed. Or you can upgraded. Some places might offer a trade in value on your camera even if it is broke. end Quote: had the same problem this guy knows the way of the lcd's.
