Question about Sony NW-A1000 MP3 Player
Well there i was just working and all of a sudden my mp3 player just stoped working its not dead i just carged it two hours before. it won't turn on it won't do nuthen but piss me off. i tried yelling at it i tried hitting it and i even tried hooking it up to my computer.nuthing works so if any one else has had this problem and figered it out drop me a line befor i smash it to bits thanx to who ever can help out.
Ok...the obvious question...are the batteries new and have you replaced them.
now for the bad news------..
from experience, mp3 players can become corrupted and they need formatting. Yes, just like a computer.
If you have the device in your computer, go to the drive it's in...right click on it and see if you have a "format" options. If now, which mp3 player is it....there should be available software from the manufacturer..
I hope you have all the music on your computer already and you weren't uploading them from your mp3.
Yes....formatting the little players can be a pain the the port...but they are salvagable .....considering what they are worth ....and what value we get from them....they are definately worth it..
