Question about Toshiba SD-V394 DVD Player/VCR
The dvd that is in the player wont play, and the tray wont open.
Unplug it and try it again, if that doesn't work see if theres a pin hole where you can push a paper clip in by the tray area.

SOURCE: dvd player wont open
Look on the bottom of your player. Between the two front feet you should see a narrow slot that is about 1 1/2" long (it should say "emergency hole". Shine a light into the slot, you should see a black pin about as big around as a pencil lead. Carefully push this pin in the direction of the arrow. It should release the drawer and allow you to open it.
