hi my name is rui. i suggest you bring to a service center if you dont know how to fix it maybe the built video card of your notebook is broken or maybe the LCD its hard to determine the cause of the black screen if we cant see it in person. question though does your notebook starts up or not?
Try to boot into safe mode (if you dont know how do to this, do a quick google search). If you can get into safe mode go to start and type system restore in the search box. Run a system restore to a time prior to installing nero and give it another try.

johnslaptops.com I repair these all the time i hate to bare bad new but it a bad mother board.This is so common with sony laptops i have a stack of them with the same troubles. i just got a pcg k45 than seam to work good till you get to the starting windows screen and just shuts down.
Sony knows it has problems but they just keep selling them anyway. because it dont happen till the warranty runs out.A new mother cost about $425 for this model. Wish i could tell you something better
