Have to be super careful pulling wires thru the holes in bars. Are they factory holes? You have to take a rat file to them to smooth edges. You might have scraped the insulation off some wires and the bare cooper will be at the hole edge. Also you may have switched the connections around when you reconnected to the switches after you put on the new terminals.I vote for bare wires it's easy to do.Sorry but you might have to run new wires.

Why wont my r6 start?

Just because the wires are still connected, doesn't mean they are intact or that the switches they are connected to are working. If the bike does nothing, it would indicate that the problem is most likely with the Kill switch. Check all the wiring in that region and make sure the switch still works.

HOW DO U RAZE THE HANDLE BARS ON THE BIKE

http://www.sheldonbrown.com/handsup.html

A major limitation is the steerer tube length. No matter how many times you cut a steerer tube it won't get longer.

Getting Riser Bars or simply flipping the stem over or getting one with a different rise and reach might give you the added height you need. If you LIKE the handlebars, the stem is the best and least-invasive option as most new ones come with front loaders (detachable front caps) that allow replacement without stripping components off one side of the handlebar. In minutes a Bicycle Shop could swap any number of them onto your bike for you to try.

A reputable Bicycle Shop would have fit the bike to you before you took it home.

I took the apes off my 2009 rk and installed stock-style bars with internal wires And after completion the bike wont start and the abs light is flashing and the front brakelight switch has power on both...

I don't know a lot about the later model bikes since I specialize in repairing the older bikes but I guess you damaged your front brake light switch in the right side handlebar switch housing. The switch sticks out of the side of the housing that faces the front MC. That's my best guess.

I just changed the clutch cable to add apehanger bars, got everything back together, but noticed the clutch handle was very loose.I preceded to adjust until it was tighter, but there is still 1" or so...

With the engine off, put the bike in gear and try to push it. If it rolls, your clutch is disengaged for some reason. You'll have to pull the end off of the transmission where the clutch cable goes in and check to find out what's wrong.
