All you have to do is to set the digital time. After pressing the upper left button for 2-3 seconds the display digits start to flash.By pressing lower left button (MODE) once at a time and by using the left side buttons, you can set the right time, date etc. When finished press upper left button again to complete setting.Automatically the hour and minute hands will be set to the correct time following the digital time.
If you cannot find the automatic way of setting the hands, you can manually reset the analogue hands by pressing the mode button until you reach the "HS" mode and using the 2 or 4 o'clock buttons to adjust the hands.
The analog clock hands on the Casio 2747 will only turn in a clockwise direction, but there is a way to speed them up when you have to move them far around the watch face.
1. In Timekeeping mode (i.e. Date is shown in the digital display), push button "C" (bottom-left) 6 times to enter Hand-Setting mode. 2. Hold down button "A" (top-left) until the digital time starts to flash. 3. Press button "D" (bottom-right) to advance the analog time by 20 seconds, and hold down button "D" for High-Speed. 4. Alternately, for High-Speed, press button "D" (bottom-right) and button "B" (top-right) together at the same time, and then let go. The hands will continue to move automatically. Press any button to stop them BEFORE they arrive at the desired time, then press button "D" several times to arrive at the time of your choosing. 5. Press button "A" (top-left) to exit. 6. Press button "C" (bottom-left) if you want to return to Timekeeping mode.
You need to manually adjust or set the hands to the home position as they are not where the watch thinks they should be. This can happen when you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic field. Look in the manual to do this. Afterwards your watch should set to the correct time.
Check to see if the watch is set up to get its time from another country. You may find that the fault started with a battery change or an all reset of the watch. The default location for many of these models is for North America or Asia. In some models the location is not active until it is set. In different parts of the world, they are using different time set protocols. There are some technical reasons for this.
Check the instructions about setting the time zone for the watch. Pay particular attention to the time zone setting, location setting, and that the feature is turned on in the first place.
