SINCE YOU JUST BOUGHT IT I WOULD TRY IT IN ANOTHER OUTLET IF IT DOES NOT WORK THEN,I WOULD IMMEDIATELY TAKE IT BACK TO WHERE I BOUGHT IT.I KNOW SOME T.V'S WILL ONLY CUT ON FROM THE REMOTE,SO I WOULD MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT REMOTE,CHECK TO MAKE SURE ALL BATTERIES INSTALLED PROPERLY.AND IF IT DOES NOT WORK THEN WHY SHOULD YOU TRY AND FIX SOMETHING THAT IS NEW

Power pack light red

Hello, let's try a few things. First I would try to unplug the cables at all points. The wall, unit and power block in the middle. Reconnect and see if that helped.Be sure the unit is straight to the outlet and NOT to a surge protector or power supply or extension cord.
If not, I would try to plug the unit into another outlet somewhere. In a different room or something. Be sure the unit is straight to the outlet and NOT to a surge protector or power supply or extension cord. If that works, it's clearly the outlet in the original spot.
If none of these solutions help, if possible, see if you can borrow someone else's power supply and give it a try. If it works, then you know for sure that's all you need to replace. If it still doesn't work, you may have an internal power issue and will need a repair.
You can also find Microsoft's power supply trouble shooting guide here.
I hope this helps :D

There is no power to the speaker, the green light is not showing. We have changed the plug fuse but this was not the problem

If you're talking about a powered subwoofer pluged into an electrical wall outlet check the wall outlet. One of my kids could not get a lamp to turn on in the den. It turned out the outlet was switched off from accross the room by a wall light switch. To check your electric wall outlet, plug in something, like a lamp, fan or a clock and see if it turns on. If not, look for wall light switches and flip them on and off. If it (example fan) dosn't turn on, you have a problem with your house electrical system. Probably right there at that outlet.

THE T V WILL NOT POWER ON

plug the cord into the outlet. If the wall outlet doesn't work find a different one. If the tv doesn't turn on with the remote take the plastic off of the batteries in the remote. if this all doesn't work, then there's something wrong with the tv and you should return it and get a new one.

Lets focus on the external portion of the TV set first (95 percent of all TV problems are related to things EXTERNAL To the tv itself) Check the physical CONNECTION of all cables by removing each wire bare or RCA and reinstalling it (Each power cable as well), once you have removed one cable, check it for fraying, and if it is already bare, splice a new fresh connection for it. 5. Check to make sure there are NO OTHER uneeded radios, system nearby. these systems, when powered on, will cause electromagnetic interference and prevent more than just severe tv interference SURGE PROTECTOR Surge protectors account for more than 75 percent of electric faults to stereo equipment. Lets start with your AC Wall outlet. It is standard in america that 220 Volts from out of these outlets. This implies that each device will be using 220 Volts (From within that grid zone). If anything including an alarm clock is plugged into any AC outlet socket in the vicinity of the stereo equipment/TV, it will cause electric outage, and prevent electronics from even turning on! Your TV needs dedicated electric power. If your TV is located in the living room then unplug everything else in the living room. Lets plug the TV set into a Dedicated socket. Check all light switches to ensure that power is on for that outlet. Check the TV cable for Fraying both on the ac wall end and where it plugs into the TV. Check all GFCI outlets to ensure that all red reset buttons are pushed in, check the circuit breakers for proper connection and they are turned on. Now, lets try the TV set without it connected to any cable services, vcr, dvd, stereo system, etc.

DVR won't turn on. TV screen is black

This can be a variety of different things, ensure television is powered on, what color light do you see on the front of your DISH Network 311 receiver? The green light is the one you should be seeing if the receiver is in fact powered on. If the light is not on even after pressing the power button on both the remote & the receiver, then I would recommend checking the source from which the receiver is plugged in, is it plugged directly into a electrical outlet on your wall, or is it plugged into a power strip? If wall outlet, perhaps try a different outlet and see if that makes a difference, if it's plugged into a power strip or surge protector unplug from wall and unplug receiver from strip for 30 seconds and reconnect checking to see if issue has been resolved. While checking these things, I would also recommend double checking to ensure nothing may have become disconnected and that all cables are connected from the back of your receiver to the back of your tv and to the wall and they are hand tight. I hope this helps, if the issue is still not resolved please feel free to contact me directly or you can call our technical support team for further assistance @ 1-800-333-3474. Pops power supply fuse when I plug it in

Check to fuse box to see if the fuse is working properly. Next, see if the TV "pops" the power supply when pluged into a different outlet in a different power supply area. If the TV works without poping the fuse, the fuse with the original outlet needs replacing. If both outlets "pop", either the electrical system needs checking. Or if this is a new problem that started when you first tried the TV, the TV could be wanting more power than the electrical system will allow. Check the power requiremnets in the TV manual.

Video Recording causing Picture interference

When you are recording, do you hear the vhs tape(motor) moving? Is the tv\vcr combo connected to the same power(electrical) plug with ANYTHING else ? On the SAME wall outlet with anything that generates noise?. Do you have ANYTHING ( electric clock ) WITH a motor connected to the same line\wall\outlet\power adapter?
2nd) Any loose ground [wires that go to any menal part inside TV\VCR will cause problems. Be very carful inside electronics parts and when they are alive [pluged in & turned on], Some times loose VHS rubber bands cause problems by slipping and jerking the tape recording.
