Right click the Rise of Nations display icon, go to 'Properties' and go to 'open file location'.
Look for a '.ini' file called 'Rise2' - double click it to open it up.
You will see this about mid way through the list that then pops up:
ForceHardwareCursor=0
ForceGDICursor=0
ForceBWCursor=0
ForceStaticCursor=0
change all of the 0's into 1 - then go to file, save. This should fix any issues you have with the mouse not working properly.
Click on the "Start" icon and select "Control Panel"
2
Click on the "Add/Remove Programs" or "Programs and Features" icon.
3
Allow the program list to fully load; this may take several minutes if you have a lot of programs installed on the computer.
4
Click on the icon for "IncrediMail" and click on the button "Uninstall."
5
Confirm in the pop-up window that you wish to remove IncrediMail and all of its components from your computer.
6
Wait for the uninstall process to complete, a success message will appear on the screen.
7
Restart the computer.

There is a mini loudspeaker icon in the bottom right corner of the screen (system tray)
double click the icon - a box with all the components of the sound system will pop-up (Master Volume)
Untick any of the mini boxes along the lower part of the box that have a tick in them (click on the tick will 'untick' it - click on empty box, 'ticks' it)
That is the easiest way. BUT if you can't find the icon...
Go to Start - Control Panel - Sounds & Audio Devices
Double click that Icon and in the window that opens...
You will see two mini boxes Mute and Place volume icon in System tray
Untick Mute and Tick Put icon....
Simples...

This icon would seem to be the stopclock or countdown timer . these are both found in the organiser , just stop which ever one is running and then that should solve your vibrating problems .
Thank you - you're a star :-)
