There should be a reset button, try using that unless it's a model i'm not familiar with... they usually all have the same reset options.. if this doesn't work, try finding the manual because that should advise you of how to reset.. don't forget to check the batteries.. good luck and let me know if i can be of any assistance..

A quick google search turns up nothing for this particular type of .dll file. Does this happen when you're using a specific program? I wonder if it's been something left behind from some sort of malware/spyware program?
Go to the eMachines website here http://www.emachines.com/support/drivers.html and it will present you all the drivers needed for you machine running XP. Download the chipset first then the VGA graphics then restart and your problem should be taken care of.
go into the BIOS and disable the smart fan. The next boot will allow the fan to run at full speed, approx 7200rpm instead of 2800 rpm and the machine will not overheat. However, its will sound like an aircraft on takeoff!
