-   I ave the problem with thw lock code, well I forgot mine couse I changed it and I can't unlock it. I tried with *#7328748263373738# unlock security code When I enter that number it says Request not completed.Has anybody some other solution.

NOKIA SERIES 60

If you ever tried debranding the phone youself and made a pigs ear of it, and your phone says " phone start up failed, contact the retailer" below is a way of reformatting the phone back to the original factory settings.

1 power the phone off, 
2 press and keep down the keeys green/talk + '3' + '*', - power on the phone at the same time
3 release the keys when the formatting starts.

I had a same problem so I pulled out the memory card and switch it on again and it worked, then I put back the memory card and it is OK now.

first, i download a themes from my computer and after an hour my phone get off. when i turn on the screen says" phone start up failed call the retailer...

pls help me...i dont know what to do pls.....
