I need an I/O back panel shield for an XFX...

You may get more joy if you sent them an email to contact@xfxforce.co.uk Give them the serial number of the board and hopefully they will respond. Failing that technically you have to send it back to tiger as they sold it to you. Usually the io shield fits to the motherboard layout. Although there is not much difference between shields they are not normally sold separately. Have you tried "googling"it

This is so annoying,
I also got the real cold shoulder from ASUS. Bought a P5E-VM HDMI Motherboard from Fry's and live in another country, so not easy for me to nip down to Fry's.
Buying one from Asus Europe costs me Euro 7 and euro 14 to ship It!!!!

I do not believe these are being removed by Fry's - I think there was a Manufacturing shortage.
