A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi, The elitegroup webiste is http://www.ecs.com.tw From there you can click on the downloads tab in the top right corner. This page will then bring up a pane on the left hand side of the screen where you can enter the details of the product you are looking for. So on the first drop menu select motherboad. Second Drop menu select Socket 478 from the bottom of the list. Third drop menu scroll down until you see your model number (P4Vmm2) The fourth drop menu will then ask you for a version. I would have dirctly posted you a link to the downloads page but i was unsure of your motherboard version. If you know the version number you can put it in there and it will take you to a page listing the drivers you are after and the manual. If you do not know the version of your motherboard model you can download a free program called SIW which will tell you the details of your computer. This Program is available for download at: http://www.gtopala.com/siw-download.html Its a 1.3Mb download which you can install and run and click on the motherboard tab for a full list of details on your motherboard. Hopefully you can see the motherboard version written somewhere on your motherboard though. Hope this helps, Daniel.

There are two ECS P4VMM2 motherboards listed one ECS site.
One with version 7.3. Click this link;
& the other with version 8.1. At this link;
Both ECS sites contain downloads for drivers, manual & bios files.
You're sound card is not working! Creat a folder on you're desktop. Name the folder Drivers. Create a folder within the driver folder & name it sound driver. Download the sound driver software into the sound driver folder. You will notice the two versions are different, so you will need to find the correct version printed on the motherboard. Continue to create folder within the driver folder for each driver download. LAN, VIA Service Pack (4 in 1), VIA USB 2.0 Host Controller Driver & VGA S3 ProSavage Display Driver P4M266_KM266-P driver. Once all drivers are downloaded & uncompressed, you can burn these drivers to a CD if you have a burner cd-rom.
