This is normally seen with antivirus packages like AVG

If you have AVG please open the program and go to Tools>Preferences

there will be a option to add files safely (Safe add files).

Please browse to where this bit torrent program is stored and add, when you retry the program will open up

Snes9x-x64.exe in not a valid win32 application

You are trying to run a 64bit application on a 32bit operating system. It wont work. You need to get the 32bit version of the snes emulator you are trying to use. They should have one on the site you got the 64bit version from.

having windows xp is not a problem since it's compatible, perhaps by mistake you downloaded the 64bit version, and you are currently running a 32bit OS.

No matter how I try to download yahoo messenger it displays a message say ...not a valid win32 app.

mainly one called win32

I don't the problem in the drive, please try to copy the file to your desktop then run it again the same error appears, download the installer for your windows then try from the CD

you may have corrupted files, but its not supposed to be ping.com just ping or ping.exe

try ping www.google.com for example, or ping.exe.
