this sound me hardware problem ( internal mic), show some official repairer to fix it.

You may have your microphone muted. During voice calls, if you select Options - Mute, that will be the effect.

Try selecting Options - Mute during a call, and look for an On/Off selection.

the earpiece is not functioning.go to the cellphone repair shop and they can fixed it.

test on sound recorder in windows if the sound work there contact software developer.

turn the phone off for about 3 sec and back on... happens to me all the time

After receiving a message with sound, push the button on the side that activates voice dialing. It sometimes takes activating it twice, but it will turn the sound back on.

dakarjohn - you need to replaced the speaker on the phone.

GUEST - replace the speaker on the phone.
