If the battery is fully charged and still it does not turn on then either the power button is faulty or the phone. Did the phone get a jerk, because sometimes even a small thud can snap some connection inside as everything is so very delicate inside. Is it under warranty? if yes then Nokia Care is the answer.
Hi whats the problem ? you mean your phone could not start up,or it is totally dead ? For nokia 5310 sometimes this problem cause due to im-proper connection of its battery, the connector of the battery gets open frequently,so first check it out Or if the battery fully drains.Put another battery and try, even if there is no effect insert charger. And if the charging is indicated the fault is power key. When charging indicated and your phone doesn't switch on then you need to change the Strip (Pata).Neverthless, contact mobile repairing shop. Thanks for visiting fixya.Good luck
Have you tried taking out the battery and putting it in again? Another thing, sometimes when the battery is completely drained you need to turn on with the charger on (since you can't charge when your phone is off and with no power).
Be sure it has a new battery, they only last 1-2 years, even if plugged in and fully charge if it doesn't have a good battery left then it will do this. Next see if you can connect to a PC somehow via USB etc, the flash with a new firmware. Most phones use SBF on a motorola, other company sites you can get the file and then reflash sometimes with more features
Try swapping out the battery with a fully charged battery. However, this is most likely a hardware issue with the battery or the phone itself. Try switching the battery first, but if it doesn't work, it will have to be serviced by a technician.
for powering on use ur phone charged for sometime wait for some time after charging and press contiously the power bottone of ur phone untill the phone start fully first it flash a white blank screen and then it start.
