Dishwasher doesn't rinse

I followed your instruction, but nothing happened, ie. no water came out, so glasses were empty, and the spray arm didn't turn at all.

I don't know if this might cause the problem. On saturday, when I used the dishwasher, I also washed other big stuff (they couldn't been fit in the washer) in sink by using a lot of water. I am wondering if that made the water pressure too low in the washer, which might cause something broken?

load 4 cups right side up in all four corners of top rack, move all wash arms to a known positon(pointing foward just want to check their rotaiton). start diswasher, when you hear it start washing give it 30 sec or so andpop it open try to focus on middle spray arm when opening, shlould be turning quite well. and glasses sould be starting to fill. at least thats how it SHOULD operate
