Question about Nokia 5300 Grey Cellular Phone
I dropped my phone yesterday and it wouldn't get service...then about 5 hours later it got service and worked up until a few mins ago so it worked for almost 24 hours. I know it isn't my coverage because my husband has the exact same phone and it get perfect service. When it started working last night I thought it was fine.....now out of the blue it started again...i didn't drop it again or anything just stopped working. Nothing is rattling in it and it didn't get beat up so I don't know what is wrong with it......And I have taken out the battery, sim and memory card and put them back in...and nothing....please help I just got this phone not to long ago and can't upgrade again right now
This usually happens when you drop it, what happens is that when it comes in contact with the floor or hard surface, it can damage the componets without you knowing, you can not tell what exactly is wrong with it unless you take it to a repair shop and if its a major componet you might be better off just buying a new phone, or if you have T-mobile you can call them and they will send you a new phone for free its just when you get the new phone they need your broken or old phone back. Hope this helps. =)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
