Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
I have a creative labs Zen V Plus mp3 player. The device is plugged into the computer but the computer doesn't recognize it is plugged in. No matter where I go it says device is not plugged in. I looked under device manager and it is not listed. I am operating on Windows Vista Home Premium. I have the latest download of audible manager and it says my creative product is up to date.
I had the same problem...what a piece of junk!...however i got around this by charging it in my PS2 USB port....my problem is that my pc wont show Zen connection and im running Win2000..Any tips from cyberspace? thanks

try aa different USB Port if your computer Has One.
Turn the power On The MPEG Player on and off when it,s Connected.
If this does,nt help.
Replace your USB lead, it is possibly broken internally, or player fault.
