Question about Refrigerators
The compressor is going all the time, but the freezer only reaches -11 C, and the freezer temp alarm is flashing. The fridge seems to be fine. Also it seems to take a very long time to reduce the temp.
Look under the unit to see if the condenser ciol is dirty..This is most likely the problem.. sweep it out with a vac. and temps should go back to normal let me know if that is not it.

Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.
