Hi Iam having problems with my samsung DVD-rom 608 sume times the the drive is recodnised on my computer and the divice works well and at other tims it is not there at all, I cant find in the System properties HARDWARE, If I go to ADD HARDWARE it shows the divice is working properly this hapens with my CD writer as well can you help plese.

Hi,

The best solution is to do a system restore.Go to start>all programs>accessories>system tools>system restore.This will fix your problem.

One more thing are all the drivers installed properly.If not then please do that also.

- Please be carefull you might loose your data please take a backup of them first and then you can go for a system restore.
