NO OS STATED windows XP?
no URL stated. (where on the web are you)?
so no possible answer. (rational)
no brower stated. IE5, is a dead brower now, no web site allows it.
Best IS: (i can prove it)
IE9 and up or better firefox v55, 100x better.

are all other web sites ok, like google and amazon
and Microsoft.com
this pc is 16 years old, wow. serious relic musiem piece, it is.
omg, it has floppy drive and PS/2 keyboard and mouse

this thing came with windows 98/ ME or XP
time to fess up. whats in there, 98?

Most top web sites do not support older versions of IE.
do to they are dangerous. to use. is why and less that 0.1% attempt it.

By far the most common reason for this error is that directory browsing is forbidden for the Web site. Most Web sites want you to navigate using the URLs in the Web pages for that site. They do not often allow you to browse the file directory structure of the site

Hello there, I keep on getting a 403 forbidden access when I enter a ubisoft site. how do I fix this?

The base page for ubisoft is http://ubi.com
If you are getting a 403 error, then you are trying to access a protected page without logging in. Try starting at the base page and navigate to the page you are looking for.

How to unlock a http error 403

Hi, HTTP Error 403 is an error message which means that you are not authorized to view the web page which you are attempting to load.
The 403 error is also known as "Forbidden". The 403 Forbidden error is most often seen when you are attempting to browse to a directory which has directory browsing permissions turned off. The actual error message you receive will depend upon your web browser. For example, Internet Explorer says "You are not authorized to view this page."
Follow these steps if you get this error:- 1.Make sure the URL is entered correctly 2.Try the URL with a different file extension (.html, .htm, .shtml, .php) 3.Go to the main page of the site and look for a search function 4.Go to Google and search for a similar page

apparently you don`t have the credentials ( rights, password, etc) to enter that sight.

Try adding that site to your trusted sites
