I recently go a Pioneer DV-343 DVD player. I cannot get the Pioneer
DV-343 to change to non-letterbox. It is connected via the composite
outputs to a Standard (4:3) Panasonic TV. I set the DVD Player using
the Video tab to the "Pan and Scan" setting and exit but I still get
letterbox. The DVD start screen fills the screen fine as does a video
such as "Coma" that only has the full screen version on the DVD.
Any ideas? I am usually a pretty good menue navigator but I am stuck.
