Question about Nintendo DS Console
My DS was dropped and now it wont power up. I have no problem charging the battery, when I turn on the DS the green light illuminates but the displays wont turn on. I have taken it apart touched up sum solder joints and checked F1 and F2 with no success I don’t know what to check next can u help.
Notify me when a new solution is offered firstname.lastname@example.org thank you
This can sometimes be caused by the single smt capacitor on the board in the top half that the screen cables plug in to. Try replacing the cap or the entire board.

My DS Lite when powered up will show the green light, it then gets brighter and then the system shuts down.
I have checked and replaced the fuses and checked the cables just in case but still the problem remains.
Can anyone help ?

Send it somewhere to get it fixed, or replace it with a DS Lite (it's better).
