Flashing light

I have a NEC Electra Elite DTU 32d-1. On one of my phones, the feature button keeps flashing, and when you look at that extension from all of the other phones, it is flashing as if someone is holding on that line. I have tried unplugging the phone, pushing different feature options, and resetting the phone system. Nothing is working. Please help!!

It sounds as if that particular extension is in Do Not Disturb.
From that phone, try Feature - 69 - Feature.
