My father in law has W375 with a similar snag, can't hear the caller at all, unless you select speaker phone. I've gone through all the obvious settings and nothing seems to help. It worked fine originally. Don't know if he's changed a setting or if the phone is actually faulty.

Didn't get the meaning of the previous solution about how to download something. Any ideas in plain english for the luddite population?

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Can this be fixed

Try adjusting the volume not only on your bluetooth but also on your phone as well. The 2 volumes are not associated with each other at all. If that does not work still, your Bluetooth may not be compatible with your phone or you may have a defective bluetooth. Make sure you within 18 feet of your phone when talking on your bluetooth. Hope that helps!

Call just drops. I can hear but person I am talking to can not.

While talking, turn up your volume on the headset. If this does not help return your bluetooth for defective voice pickup censer.

Can only talk via Speakerphone

If i were you i would consider taking the phone back and taking advantage of the 1year warranty im almost certain it came with. If you did not obtain the phone brand new then this may not be an option.
