Every time i turn my xbox on it goes to this screen saying to insert updated disk why is it doing that??

If your Xbox 360 will not play your games this is because of the sensors on the back of the drive overheating it is not normally the laser.

Or you can send it in and they will fix it for you the repair will take about 4 weeks.
