Question about Motorola Mobility H670 Wireless Headset

H670 Wireless Headset

Recently purchased H670 Wireless Headset at Wal*Mart but unit will not charge. Called customer services weeks ago and they were to send me a new charger connection but have never received the promised new plug. Just spent(today)45 minutes trying to speak with a live person, to now avail. As a last resort since the customer phone service is having difficulties today...may I ask you for suggestions to solve my unhappy situation? Thanks in advance.

    Had exactly the same problem with unit I bought today at Wal Mart. When I charge it up the indicator light turns red for a few seconds then disappears and it does not charge. I own 3 motorola chargers they all do the same thing.

    same problem! Brand new H670, plug it in with multiple chargers and outlets...lights up red for few seconds, then goes out. Headset won't even charge enough to turn on at all...wtf

    Same problem and same vendor - WalMart. Brand new device but won't charge. The light turns red for a few seconds and then goes out never to come on again. Tried second charger as I bought two devices. Guess I will take it back to the store.

    when i turn it on the red light comes on but then flashes a little and goes out, i bought it right from motorola anline, im so mad

    I tried THREE different headsets from the ALTELL wireless store and all do the same thing. Plug it in and the red light stays on for 3.2 seconds, then fades and blinks off. Doesn't hold a charge to go into EASY? pairing mode. What to do? Guess I gotta get a refund.

Same problem with the red light goes on for a few seconds and then goes out. Called Motorolla and needs to return unit is broken!.

I have an RCA Home Theater System RTD315WR, the blue standbye light is on, when i push any button the blue light turns off. Nothing is working on it. Ive tried unplugging it and plugging it back it....


I purchased the RCA Home Theater System RTD315WR less than a year ago. Just a little over a month ago, the door would not open leaving my DVD still stuck inside. Upon many attempts trying to retrieve my DVD NOTHING HAPPENS. As a matter of fact, the standbye light comes on, and when I push the button the light tunrs off completely and NOTHING happens. Since I no longer have my receipt or box, Wal-Mart would not exchange it. I am in the process of writing a letter to Wal-Mart Headquarters in hopes they will assist me in this matter.

Where I can get the batteries changed and how much it will cost.


The batteries are hard to find in order to replace them, I would suggest purchasing a new one from wal-mart and swap the batteries and return the one you bought for a refund, Wal-mart will send the one your return to the factory for a repair anyhow so no harm.

One of the stops on the drop down right side has broken off. Can I get a replacement?


This along with many many of the drop sidecribs our there has been recalled due to problems with the drop-side detaching on these cribs.

Here is a link to the CPSC recall on that includes the 8740 crib.

According to the info the company is most likely our of business and no longer sending out repair kits.

If you know where you purchased it, then check to see if they will take it back.

We has purchased ours a wal-mart about 8 years ago and we took ours to a local walmart (different state then we had bought it at) last summer and recieved a full refund without the original reciept. Because it was an older one and wal-mart was not listed in the CPSP report the Customer Service clerk did have to work a little harder at finding it in there system, but once she did it was not an issue at all. I don't know if all retail stores are a good about refunds on recalled products, but they might be.

If you can't remember where you bought it then check with your local wal-mart and see if they carried it since it's a recalled item.

As a last resort, you could screw the drop-sides in and use it as a non-drop-side crib to continue it's use.

One suggestion; Place in a Wal-Mart bag , drive to the store and go to customer service and ask for a refund(if you have the receipt) or ask for an exchange. Wal-Mart is good on that. Good luck!

Like any other product, there will sometimes be defective cartridges. Take the one back your printer is complaining about back to Wal-Mart and exchange it as defective. They'll just send it back to the manufacturer. (Sometimes it's easy to overlook the possibility a new part is bad. It's a real pain when that happens, but it does.)

I did exactly what geozep0 indicated in his comment with similar successful results. I called the Motorola customer service number: 1-866-289-6686. Per the representative I spoke with, Motorola's standard warranty policy covers the entire unit (including the earbuds) for one year from the date of purchase.
They are sending me new earbuds free of charge.

well first that new, wal mart should just replace it no questions asked, but the 8oo number for polariod is 1-866-289-5168 that should be customer service.

Broke the ear hook for the Motorola h500 bluetooth headset


The ear hook on my H500 broke as well.  I called Motorola (866-289-6686) and they are mailing me a replacement.  Even though This bluetooth has a 1-year warranty.  I purchased mine in Jan. 2007 and was covered but the rep didn't verify anything regarding the purchase date so even if you're outside of your warranty, you might still give it a shot.
