There is no button on the monitor that sets this that I can find.
it is likely you changed the rotate settings for the video somehow.
If you have an ATI video card.
you should see an icon for ATI on the tool bar by the time and date .
right click on it and choose catalyst control center. in there you will find the rotate desktop.
if you don't see the icon then you can find it under start/programs/catalyst control center

What keyboard do you have? On some keyboards you can prize/leaver of the keys with something like a knife then have a look inside. If its a deasktop keyboard you can just buy a new one. you can get realy cheep ones or decent ones for a not bad price like the Sidewinder keyboards.

I want to change the name and the security password from default..but how? can anybody help me? thanks..

You can change the wireless name (SSID) and the wireless password by accessing the setup page. To access the setup page, do the following;

Open internet explorer or firefox and type in It will ask for username and password. In the username field, type "Admin" , A in Admin should be a big letter. In the password field , don't type anything. Hit enter in yout keyboard and you will see the set-up page. In the set-up, look at the right side and click Wireless Settings and you will see Wireless Network Name (Also called the SSID) , and change that. Under Wireless Security Mode, change the wireless password or Passphrase.

Reception very poor and sometimes nothing at all

Move the adapter much closer to your wireless router.
The reception should achieve "excellent".
Make sure that the antenna on the router is vertical,
unless you have more than one antenna.
In that case, follow the manufacturer's recommend for positioning and alignment of the antennas.

Hello I have just the other day purchased a Linsky broadband router(model WRT300N) with it I purchased 2 USB keys model no WUSB54GC-EU,on my seconary pc(next door)I have susessfully installed the software...

Are you using Windows XP on your primary PC? If yes, you dont need to install the wireless LAN monitor of the usb adapter because Windows XP has a built-in wireless monitor. Start with a clean slate by uninstalling it from Add/Remove Programs. Next, to install it properly, just plug the wireless adapter into your computer, and when Windows XP finds it, it will either look for the cd to get its driver or it will install it automatically (verify this by right clicking on My Computer >> Properties >> Hardware >> Device Manager. You should see the adapter under Network Adapters) and it should say something like "it's working properly). Once installed, go to Control Panel >> Network Connections. Right click Wireless Network Connection, click View Available Wireless Networks. Connect to your wireless router from here.
