Kenmore 70 series. It won't agitate, drain, or spin. Have checked the clip that starts washer when lid is closed, that is ok. HELP!!!!!
Does it make motor noise?
Check for belt issue if there is a motor noise and no spin.
There is NO belt on this model washer! Kenmore is manufactured by Whirlpool. This washer uses a motor coupling in place of a drive belt. It is located between the drive motor and transmission. This configuration is known as "direct-drive". With all that said...one key symptom tells me this is NOT a motor coupling problem. If the washer does not DRAIN it cannot be a motor coupling. A broken motor coupling would still allow the drive motor to run the drain pump. The following link explains how to properly diagnose a no spin problem:

More than likely, the cause of your problem is a lid switch malfunction. Check the lid switch to ensure it is not loose or broken. If replacement parts are required, there are websources mentioned in the information I provided that explains where you can purchase them.
NOTE: If you are certain that the lid switch still works, then the problem could escalate to something more expensive like a drive motor or timer. The lid switch is the more common cause and it costs much less. There are contacts inside the switch that do go bad over time.
If you have any questions about this repair, please post back and let me know. I hope this helps you.
