I HAVE CONTACTED CHEVROLET CUSTOMER SEVICE AT 1-866-790-5700 OVER 100 TIMES.THEY HAVE DRAGGED THEIR FEET AND HAVE DONE ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING TO REPAI,WITH AL;L THIS PROBLEM I HAD TO FIAL A LEMON LAW LAWSUIT,AND A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AUTO-LINE THEY IN TUEN IN OVER A YEAR HAVE DONE NOTHING VEN TO BRING MY CASE TO AN ARBRITRATOR.
Solving problems of this nature requires me to know what kind of car. Rember the (big City) dealers have bigger service departments and have more specialists that may have already come across your problems and fixing them on other cars. The service writer is there to get you signed in and to tell you what hes going to do and the charges involved and doesnt nessarily know if his techs can fix the problem unless they can cite examples of other cars they fixed and how they came out. Some noises are normal and the cheaper the car was as new the more likly that it will have some anoying but normal nioses
