Question about Dryers
I have a Kenmore dryer and it is not blowing hot air. I checked the current at the coil and do not have 220 volts when I check each the terminals but each leg is carrying 110. I replaced the thermostat but it continues as before. Do you have any suggestions or things that I can check to determine where the error is???
There is a thermal fuse on the top part of the duct it is small about dime size jumper that and see if it heats . or pull the wires off and check for contunity. of open replace the main reason for these to open is due to a clogged vent going outside so check that if it is blown if not let me know
