Question about Dual Presidian DVD Recorder
Hi, we have a Presidian combo DVD/video player. The DVD tray will not open, either manually or with the remote. Reading the printed manual does not provide any help. We changed batteries in remote thinking that would help but it does not. We bought it a year and 4 months ago and so warranty is gone. Many thanks for your help.
When a disk is stuck inside the player , try following the procedure below:
Unplug power cord.
Plug back power.
Turn on the unit and press repeatedly the eject button at the same time. If you successeed in ejecting the disk before the player starts reading TOC(disk initial track), then the disk will eject.
If that does not work, then there is an internal fault, in that case the unit must be taken apart to remove the disk.
