How to solve screen issue?

This is a Two Way power calculator: Solar cell and a battery. The FX9750 is a graphing calculator and not in the league of the FX85 MS. It has a backup battery and 4 AAA batteries.
Anyway, there is no reset key. If there is a reset button it must be on the back.
After you replace the battery press the ON key. It might be a good idea to leave calculator exposed to sun light or a fluorescent tube.

How do you change the battery? The solar cell has stopped working.

It does not have any batteries, it's purely solar-powered. Cost for a repair most probably would exceed the value of the device, sorry,

Make sure you clear the calculator after replacing the battery: press ON SHIFT 9 3 =

My HP 10s Scientific calculator does not switch on what could be the problem, is it maby because the calculator was left in a drawer and now the batery ran flat hou can I charge it on the solar power...

You can't charge the calculator off the solar power panel. The solar power panel merely conserves battery power when using the calculator in a bright environment. Try putting in a new battery and see whether the calculator turns on.

New Battery???

Try to expose their solar panels to direct sunlight (10 or 15 minutes), just to see if they come back to life.

Hope it helps.

Display / LCD issue

Try adjusting the brightness setting for the LCD screen by holding down the "on" key and pressing the "+" key at the same time to make your screen darker or the "-" key at the same time to make it darker.

Calculator won't come on

most calculators have solar power strips on top so if there is no strip its not solar. there should be a plate on the back if there is a screw you found the batterie area put a few calculators have to be pride open to get to the batteries but it usily depends on the brand of the calculator.
