may be is your program for the burner , Roxio? or MTI?
change the letter for your burner!
and try test.
on device manager, change the letter for your DVD/Burner, to D: or E:

    Ok. Katy

The device manger, depending on your Operating System, asumming you use windows XP, you go on control panel, then SYSTEM, then device manager, look for your DVD on the list, if you move to the DVD properties, you can see if you can change the letter. if not, leave it .

then download another program for burn disk, like NERO 8, o Roxio

or my friend Katy, is time to change your burner!

How long do the cheap computer speakers last

How much the speakers cost doesn't really tell you how long they will last. If they have good enough sound, just keep the volume within the speaker power range (no distortion or cracking) and they could last for a long time.

Logitech 5300 doen't work after system recovery

Hello there and welcome to fixya
Could you tell me if this is one of the origingal parts of the computer when you purchased it
The reason i asked is that if this was not part of the original package then the drivers would not be installed during the recovery procedure
However if this was part of it then you will have to look for the cd that may have come with it or you can go to the manufactures web site to get the drivers for this ok?
Keep me posted on how this is going ok?
Best regards Mike

This suggests the 'Burn' laser[which is different to the play laser]- has failed. Only way is to replace the device.
