Question about Computers & Internet
When I put a dvd in the D drive and try to play it/copy it I get the following message. Disc with unsupported format in drive D.
I have never had this message before and I cant seem to play or copy anything, can anyone help me resolve this problem?
Sounds like your D: drive isn't a DVD-ROM drive.
Have you been able to run DVDs from that drive before?
- If not, then you probably have a standard CD-ROM or CD-RW drive, which is not capable of reading from a DVD. You would have to purchase a DVD-ROM drive in order to play or copy anything from a DVD.
- If you have, let me know so I can help you further.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
