I've tried the NetGear MA101 Rev.B USB and the
Compaq iPAQ HNW-200 (243658-001) with NetStumbler --
neither of these seems to be compatible with
NetStumbler using Windows 2000 "Professional".
I have gotten them both to work for Internet sharing
so I know the adapters themselves are not defective.
(As a side note, I also tried the NetGear MA101 with
Boingo, but it didn't seem to be compatible with that
either.)
Has anyone had any good experience with any USB
802.11b adapters that work with Netstumbler? I've read
that some people had luck with the Compaq WL215, but
it looks like Compaq has replaced that product.
