Hello, i have a noma thermostat but lost the manual, i tried to turn it up one degree but it locked up on me... what should i do, it will only blow out cold air. im in ******* canada and its 30- outside someone help lol i pt a different product name but its a NOMA

Did you find how to use your NOMA digital thermostat? I live in a condo with base heaters. Have three of those. They are less than one year old. When it got cold recently one of them went up to 34 degrees. I couldn't budge the numbers. It's caput. The second one I caught going up on a cold night this week so I solved the problem by shutting down the electrical box. The base heat came back. But without the manual I am working in the dark.
