Im guessing you have a maytag refrigerator. If this is a side by side model, one of the more common problems that cause the fridge side temps to increase, followed by a freezer temp increase, is likely due to a faulty adaptive defrost control failing to switch the unit into the defrost cycle. There are other possible reasons, but with your limited info, cant be sure

Freezer is at 20F

The louvre that let's the air into the freezer is probably closed nearly ll the way shut, thus not allowing the cold air in. The same compressor runs the frig and freezer. Find where the air is coming in and there is where you should find your problem.

Had similar problem, freezer was working fine, but fridge was warm, (68 degrees) It wasnt my damper, the mother board was fried, and so was the inverter board that told the compressor what to do, after having the inverter and two mother boards replaced.......I threw it out, biggest piece of ****, only three years old, and Sears would not stand behind it, even though I used their repairmen. I will never buy another GE product, or enter a Sears store again
