1st You download Webcam Driver.
camera After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

How much is it worth? i found one in my attic and want to sell it.

Most consumer type 35mm film cameras aren't demanding much on the used market and the Canon Rebel X although a great learning camera is an entry level camera. If I were you I'd check out e-Bay completed sales for a more current sale price.

Good luck on that one, I needed one for a job & ended up buying a new fan, got tired of trying to find one. I'd watch for yeard sales. auctions, or even fans on sale at big chain stores like, walmart, home depot, or lowes. Not unusual to see complete fan for $20 -$30. Then use parts , or install entire fan.

time for service. this is not going to fix itself.
may not be worth service.
consider replacement after xmas sales.
if you need a camera for xmas, then there are online sales now.
also, consider canon digital slr. you can grow into various lenses in time, as you develop more interest and are willing to budget more on your camera. i guess it depends whether its a hobby or just for archival use.
