How do you remove brew unit

I have done XP9000, this may be similar. Remove side cover, operate lever on side of exposed brew unit and pull brew unit out with the handle. You can only do this when machine is in normal 'at rest' position. Unit will not come out in any other position.

Solis palazzo not producing coffee

I think the blockage might be at the brew unit, remove unit and check the screen under the red o-ring, connected to that is the chute that leads to the espresso spout. That tube might be blocked, there are 2 screws holding that piece together, be careful when you remove them do not lose the spring and ball in the fitting. Clean tube and reassemble.

The display indicates "brew unit

Remove brew unit and check lever for microswitch at the top back of the machine, the lever might be broken or the micro switch is damaged and cannot read the brew unit when it is inserted.

I removed my brewing unit to clean and now I'm having difficulty getting it to fit and snap in place. It will not go in all the way for some reason. I did the recommended restoring the unit back to...

The very top part of the brew group ( the part that looks like a square funnel) rotates very slighty. It must be in the slightly rotated position in order for the unit to slide in completely. So you need to look on the back of the brew group, there is a tab in a groove connecting the funnel to the base. slide that lever up or down (can't remember) then the brew group will slide in. Make sure you are NOT pressing the button you push to take it out. Just gently push the entire unit all the way back.
Hope this helps.

I have a Miele Coffee Machine (built-in) CVA 620-1. I got a message saying the brewing unit is blocked. I removed the waste unit, a procedure that has to be done before you can remove the brewing unit. ...

The brew unit has lose parts on left-hand-side, wiggle them up and down. Put the waste unit back, switch off the machine and then turn it on (pull the cord). It worked for me!!!

I have a Solis Palazzo machine. My question is:

HI When was the last time you descaled? This can have a temp lowering effect if you don't descale on a regular basis. Program you water hardness so its set on 4. This will tell you when you have to descale. Descals is not the same as cleaning. Its a special acid that disolves the deposits inside the boiler.

Insert Brew Unit

hi
If the brew unit (the dark gray thing inside that has "push" on it) is not locked in, you get this message.
Push in the center of the brew unit towards the back and see if you hear a click? If you don't, remove the brew unit and look in the back. Behind the brew unit there is a recess. Inside the recess is a verticle slot. There should be an arm the moves from top right to bottom left. If you don't see this arm, thats your problem. It will have to be serviced to replace the arm. Its caused by inserting the brew unit with the funnel down (not locked up). Remember to push the "Push" lever before inserting your brew unit.
