Question about O2 Xda IIi Smartphone
I have an O2 XDA IIi Pocket PC. The touch screen is not responsive even after soft and hard reset. This happened after a pen-stylus was pushed down too deep into the stylus slot and tilted the upper case slightly opened. It is properly closed now.
I really like this PDA and wonder if anyone/company has an idea how to fix/repair it.

You,ve probably dislodged a wire on the actual screen, with the stylus, and the screen lifting.
There will be several companys, willing to repair this. But at a costly sum i,d imagine. if it,s warranted, or covered on insurance ( home or personnal ) i,d try that option.
Most repair specialists, Will tell you that you,ve damaged the unit and need a replacement screen, regardless of whether you do or not.
Try a local Mobile Phone repair specialist, this may be your best and cost effective Option.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
