just purchased a blackberry 7510 off ebay and put my sim card in and it says simcard error..If anyone can help would be greatly appreciated...

I Have problem with my sim it read sim error.I have also proble with my bluetooth. Can you help me. It can be detected but we cannot received or send something

I did the same, I used my blackberry sim from my other phone and it would not work, sim error, but i put a regular sim in and it works, you just have to get a regular sim and try it, if it doesnt say sim error, call and transfer your service to the new sim, you will have to use another phone to transfer your contacts.

WizSounds like the unit is locked or forbidden to work with your phone company. Ask the ebay seller which phone company the phone was bought from and contact them. They can provide you the code you need for a fee (if this is the situation).
