How old are you? if you are under the age of 18 it may require you to get a new gamer tag. I know this happened in my case. Once i ot a new gamertag to download with i was fine just say you are 18. If it still doesnt work call 18004myxbox and they will take care of it.

How to download a games in psp

Hey Sorry
Because the PSP Go does not feature a UMD drive, games are downloaded from the PlayStation Store. While other PSP models have included the ability to run games and demos downloaded from the PlayStation Store, the PSP Go is the first for which this is the only means of distribution.

There are three ways to access the PlayStation Store. The PSP Go can directly download to itself, or users can also download then transfer the games from a PlayStation 3 or the Media Gosoftware on Windows based computers. All current downloadable PSP and PlayStation games available for older PSP models will be compatible with the PSP Go. Sony has also confirmed that almost all UMD based PSP games released after October 1, 2009 will be available for download, and a majority of older UMD-only games will also be downloadable at that time
Hope this helps

Disk Reading problems

I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS AS IT'S LIKELY A (FREE) SOLUTION TO YOUR WOES.

My ps3 recently conked out on me and the local game store (and the internet) told me it was a broken laser.

I told them that I couldn't play video games, not even ps2 games, but that dvd's could still be watched (check to see if you can do this). They still said it was a broken laser.

When I found out it would be 140 bucks to have it replaced and installed I decided to just download some demos.

HERE'S WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING.

I went on the playstation network (psn) and downloaded a game demo, installed it, and played it. When I quit out of the demo, the laser was reading and I could play games!

When I turned off the system and tried again the next day, again it didn't work.

I followed the same process. Went into a downloaded game, this time quit right after the demo loaded, and sure enough, the laser was working again!

Every time I quit a game I have to follow this process, but every time it works, too.

So again:

1. download and install a psn game or game demo
2. put in the disc of the game you want to play
3. load the psn game or demo as if you were going to play it
4. quit the demo as soon as you get to the start menu of it
5. go and play the game you wanted to, sucka, cause it works now!!!

I hope this works for you, and if it does, spread the word!

How to download psp games

Update your PSP to the latest version and sign up to the PlayStation Store (unless you already have a PSN ID). You can download full games, demos and themes (and other things) from the Store straight to your PSP. You will need a credit card or PlayStation Card to buy content.

Xbox live problems

Are there any other Xbox live accounts on your xbox? And you're sure there's no parental controls on that account?
  • I think maybe your Windows Live id that is used when you sign in might be automatically knowing your age? if you're under 18, I think it blocks mature ratings automatically.
You could do a couple google searches, but I'm pretty sure it wont let you download Above Teen rated content if you're underage, UNLESS, the parent email can be used to sign in and change the rating limitations.(I think the parent email was used when initially setting up the xblive account on the xbox.

Did you set up the account, or did your parents?

I don't think this may have helped you at all, but I had to try, and give some input. As I was in this predicament once also, What I did was had to sign in to xbl, and goto manage account, and somewhere in those settings I found the restrictions on ratings. But I belive it asks for a parent to sign in or something. (but i used my 2ndary e-mail when it told me to enter parent e-mail, so I guess that's a little different.

Cant download M rated demos

It sounds like the Parental lock has been enabled. Unless you know the code to unlock it you will have to reset to default on the systems menu. I dont know how old any of you are so I wont get more specific on how to do it, but i gave you the idea. Sorry.
