Motorola H350 Bluetooth headset problems...

I'v had this Headset for about 3 months now and its been in a box for two months, so today I went to charge it and when its hooked up to the charger the light usually comes on but this time it didn't. Also When I hold down the call button to turn it on the Light doesn't come on either. What can I do to fix this problem???

I would recommend that you verify that you actually have it plugged in all the way to your charger, and then verify that you have power at your outlet for your charger. That would be the first step. If it is really dead, then just leave it plugged in for a while and then check for the light. Be sure that the connecter is securely on the headset. Good luck.

SOURCE: connecting bluetooth headset

You have to go through a process to pair the devices.

Firstly:
Make sure bluetooth is turned on on your laptop (varies for each model)
Make sure the headset is fully charged.

With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit.

Then goto the bluetooth control panel and select "Look for Devices" or similar. Wait until the device has been found and when it asks for a passkey, enter 0000 and press okay.

Trying to set up my motorola h350 bluetooth to my samsung s30 phone.

Hi,
Turn your H350 on by pressing and holding the black "Talk" button on the side of your headset. Hold it until the blue status starts to flash. To turn the H350 off, simply hold the talk button until the headset turns off.

Pair your headset with your cell phone by entering into your cell phone's bluetooth menu--Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup (see Resources below).

Put your Motorola H350 into pairing mode by holding the "Talk" with the device turned off. Hold the button until the status light on the side of your headset begins to flash, and turns back into a solid blue.

Back in your phone's bluetooth menu, choose the option to "Search/Discover" bluetooth devices. And when your phone recognizes your H350, select the headset and enter "0000" as the passcode.

Thank You

The headset is fully charged when the light goes out. The two buttons on the side are for volume up and down. Press both at the same time and it mutes the headset.
