Question about Jenn-Air Cooktops
We have a Jenn-air JGC8430ADS. The rear left burner sparked and clicked erratically, then the switch for it quit working(wouldn't turn). We replaced the valve and switch for the left rear burner, thinking that would fix the clicking problem, but it hasn't. If the power to t he cooktop is on, the left rear burner is clicking...unless we turn it on, then it works fine. As soon as we turn it off, it clicks and will not stop until the power is turned off to the burner. Do we need to replace the ignitor, or can we fix it without replacing it?
WE have a Jenn-Air JGC8430BDW gas cooktop. How do i replace a broken ignitor?
