Greetings looking for software drivers for your Phillips Windows 7 tech support team seems to think if you install the tuner that Windows Update will install the driver it also could be had at the optional update section of Windows Update. You can also go to the manufactures site and see if they have the software there under downloads usually under the support links. Are you connected using R,G,B (component) cables? Check them to make sure they are in firmly - if so, then try a new set - that may very well fix the rolling issue. (Unless the rolling is caused by poor antenna reception).
Press "Sleep" on the original remote control for this TV if you still have it until the TV says "Sleep OFF".
If no strong TV signal is detected, this unit goes into sleep mode, which may explain Tuner B shutting off after 5 minutes.
