The "program" button; what does it do?

I got the coby compact disc player model number CX-CD241 for christmas and i d'ont know what the program button is, and i need help all of my friends d'ont know, and I REALLY WANNA KNOW HAT IT DOES so if you know----please, please help me!

The program button programs CDs to only play what songs you want, It makes it so your CD player will automaticly play only the songs you want to hear.

    "only play" ?? Other than play, what else would you expect the player to do?

What is the power rating for the replacement transformer?


Look on the existing power supply. I am sure it may not be a simple transformer as well. Type the model in on an ebay search and I bet someone has it.

Cd player not playing radio


Hello
There is two resons for this fault. the first one is with IC used in the RF section of the set. The second one is with its tape/radio change over switch. The set need service. If you are aware in electronics, you can do the repair by yourself.

The unit starts to play mp3s then after about 60 seconds it stops and the symbols nod show in the little window after that if you start it it wont play at all. the radio and cassette are fine and the mp3...


with top tray cd players they collect a lot of dust over the laser using an ear bud dipped in metholated spirits or rubbing alcohol rub the lens clean and try the disc again it should work fine

Cd player on boombox not spinning properly.


Might be the laser but try lubbing the spindle motor 1st!

Hi

I think that the mains cord is a standard cord, so you should be able to get one from a good elecrical store.
