Please try to power cycle your Samsung BlackJack. Please remove the backlid and remove the battery. Now plug in the charger and after that the battery. Now leave this phone for approx 1 hour. Now try to turn it on.
I hope this helps but if does not even help you need to contact Samsung for a repair.
Please do rate my solution.
Hi. Yes, in case of a hard reset, all your personal data (contacts, appointments, tasks, softwares installed, .. , except the data in your SD card) will be erased, and your device will be reseted to its factory default settings. But if you want to do a hard reset, you can backup your device's data using a third party software, and you can do a hard reset by following these steps: Turn Phone off. Hold directional pad UP while turning the phone back on. Follow directions on screen. Hope this helps.
Not sure, but it may be with your provider. Also, in the settings, take off all security options for messaging. I cant be specific because i dont have this problem, but from what has happened to friends in tha past, it could be either the device or provider. Also, you could try a master reset: it wont delete al your stuff and contacts, just reset your settings
There are two ways to enter contacts on the blackjack i 607 on your PC. The first one is outlook and the second one that I would recemend is call Mobile Back-Up. It is a service that AT&T offers it will back your contacts to a server in case you lose your device. It also allows you to create, edit and delete contacts via the internet. The service is $1.99 a month. mobilebackup.att.com
