Question about KitchenAid KWVU265YBA Kitchen Hood
Had same problem. microcomputer part # 4360092 and micro switch part # 4360362 needed to be replaced. cost 255.95 and 23.59 for parts respectively.

Do you feel air flow? That's the key.
Most microwaves have the exhaust fan assembly at the back edge, not up front immediately behind the grille / vent.
