on the call/sms logs. usually accessed by pressing the call key, you must select the number you wish to block, and on the options menu, select the "block this number" additionally you can access a list of blocked numbers, to either add or remove numbers from there using the audio call options in the settings menu.
As far as i know with the Tocco Lite there is no way to block messages from the settings. You may need to contact your service provider to have them block it at source. There are services that you can sign up to that claim they will block messages/calls but they tend to be prohibitively expensive.
If There is not a specific Blacklist program for that phone, that allowes you to block calls and txts, you can call your service provider and i believe they can do it for you.
but first try looking for a "Blacklist" program on your downloads or apps for that phone
Just goto
settings-->call settings-->all calls-->Auto reject
Make sure that it is 'on' for activation. Also click on 'reject list' and make sure the number you want to be in reject list is being checked with a check mark.
You should to call manager in the phone settings making a note of the number you want to block. Once your in there go to restrict calls put in the number and that should be it. If your phone has a recorder you can record the caller and the times they are calling as you will have evidence. You should then call your network who will also block his number from phoning you and tell them that this is a annoying caller. and go to the police and report this because this is a crime as its a invasion of a persons privicy. I would do one or the other before it get out of hand.
go to menu, then select settings icon. Scroll to call settings(option 7). Select all calls. go to auto block(option 2). select off, then highlight word Block. Press the OK button on phone to bring up list of numbers that are blocked. highlight the number to unblock, press option and select delete. this will unblock the number and allow them to call you again.
